The Model 56 FG Crystal Lake Flow Grinder is equipped with a cast iron base constructed to the same standards inherent in all Crystal Lake grinders. The base is mounted on a rugged 32” wide X 24” deep X 34” high rigid welded heavy gauge steel cabinet with electric compartment, storage area and 15 gallon coolant tank. (Coolant NOT included). (Coolant pump, wiring and piping for the pump are OPTIONAL and EXTRA. Not all applications require a coolant system).

COMPENSATING TABLE: Swing over table, 5”; Distance between centers, 5-1/2”.

WHEELHEAD: Spindle is angular contact Ball Bearing Design. It includes the 220/3/60 AC Belt Drive Motor mounted on the slide assembly with Belt enclosed in Guard. (440/3/60 AC OPTIONAL and EXTRA).

HEADSTOCK: supplied with Dead Center Driver, non-rotating Spindle, mounted Belt Drive Variable Speed Motor, Belt enclosed in Guard.

TAILSTOCK: Standard Design.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT INCLUDES: Diamond Wheel Dresser, two Carbide No. 4 Centers, Wrenches and one general purpose 7” X 1/2” X 1-1/4” Grinding Wheel.
